KUKI — bite into happiness

02Brand identity case study

KUKI

Bite into happiness.A whole brand, from crumb to shelf.

Brand Identity · Packaging · 3D Mascot · Motion · Retail Display

Riyadh · 2026

A complete brand identity built from one idea — a cookie with a personality. The mark, the construction, the palette, the type system, the graphic language, a 3D mascot with a full storyboard, a drawer-box packaging system with its labelling logic, and the retail stand it all lands on.

01Motion

The motion signature

Crumbs fall, gather and settle into the mark — the ten-second signature that opens the brand on screens and social.

02Brand Identity

The mark

A wordmark drawn like dough — soft, round, hand-warm — with a bitten cookie standing in for the dot of the i. Built on a grid with defined letter construction, spacing, cookie geometry and padding, so it holds together at any size. A secondary K-and-cookie lock-up carries the brand where the full name won't fit.

03Colour · Typography

Five colours, three typefaces

Dark cocoa, cookie brown, salted caramel, pistachio and warm cream — with usage percentages and contrast rules so the brand never loses its warmth or its legibility. Bricolage Grotesque leads, Manrope carries the body, and an italic Cormorant Garamond says the line that matters.

04Graphic Language

A language made of crumbs

Five elements — the K symbol, the bitten cookie, the pistachio, the chocolate drop and the crumbs — and one pattern built from them. Enough to brand a box, a sticker or a whole storefront without ever repeating the logo.

05Graphic Language

The pattern

The elements at rest: a seamless repeat that runs across sleeves, drawers, stickers and the stand.

063D Character Design

The cookie with a personality

A bitten cookie in a cap and sneakers, modelled in 3D and storyboarded like a character: front, three-quarter and side views, expressions from happy to cool, a thumbs-up, a bite — then cut into a sticker set the brand can use anywhere.

07Packaging System

A box you open like a drawer

A sleeve-and-drawer structure: the mascot rides the sleeve, the pattern wraps the box, and a pull-tab reveals six individually wrapped cookies. The storyboard covers every angle — closed, half-open, fully open, rear, top and the assembly itself — and the labelling system keeps four flavours apart while keeping them family.

08Retail Display

The stand

Where it all lands: a floor display shaped like a bitten cookie, the mascot greeting shoppers at eye level, the pattern running down the base and four shelves of boxes facing front.
