0101 · Strategy & Positioning
Built for professionals. Clear enough for everyone.
The system starts with the business: one ingredient house serving pastry teams, cafés, wholesale buyers and home creators. Positioning, audience structure, tone and product architecture establish a professional-first brand that can still feel warm and accessible in retail.
0202 · Identity System
A disciplined visual language
The windmill-and-m mark stays intact while colour, typography, spacing and pattern create the hierarchy around it. Warm cream leads, brown anchors, and the bilingual type system keeps the identity consistent from a label to a full digital interface.
0303 · Product & Content System
One master brand. Six product families.
Packaging and content are designed as one scalable system. Category colour helps customers navigate the range without changing the master brand, while product naming, label hierarchy, photography and social rules make every touchpoint immediately recognisable.
0404 · Packaging System
Brown lid. Cream body. Clear category colour.
A consistent bucket architecture holds the range together while ingredient colour, naming and illustration separate each family. The system works across clean pack shots, in-use scenes and multiple pack formats without losing shelf recognition.

0505 · Photography & Art Direction
Product clarity meets real application
The photography system moves between catalogue precision and professional kitchen storytelling. Controlled light, real texture and consistent warmth let clean product shots, chef-led application images and finished desserts live inside the same visual world.

0707 · UI/UX · B2B / B2C
Two audiences. One connected commerce system.
The website architecture separates two clear journeys: B2B wholesale for companies and projects, and B2C retail for individual customers. The brand stays consistent while hierarchy, calls to action, offers and product discovery adapt to the needs of each audience.

0808 · Website & E-Commerce
From identity to a working digital experience
The full front-end experience carries the system into product discovery, category pages, photography, offers and responsive layouts. The result is not a separate website style, but the same brand language translated into a practical commerce experience.

The brand beyond the shelf
Social content extends the identity into education and communication: quality claims, product uses, company story, contact information and chef-led imagery. The system keeps corporate, B2B and retail messages recognisably Perfect Material.
